Fellow label hotsource records just released a beautiful limited editon 7inch by Sneaky.
When you look at Sneakys’ background it is easy to understand his propensity for innovation and genre mash ups. Furnished with a classical music degree from Manchester University, co-writing Get A Move On with Mr Scruff, touring with Rae and Christian and also as part of the notorious electro-experimenters Fingathing his solo offerings were bound to be imaginative.
Following on from the release of his acclaimed debut solo album on The Big Chill Label this Summer (Feel Like A King…Pluck A String – 8/10 iDJ June 2009 etc) this Mancunian/Berliner is releasing the title track as a single digitally and on lovingly crafted, numbered and signed limited edition 7 inch vinyl via his Berlin imprint Hot Source Records in conjunction with Big Chill. As if that wasn’t enough to get your taste buds spurting like a geezer, the said single features the vocal prowess of Berlin’s finest leftfield vocalist Barbara Panther (signed to Shitkatapult) and is also lovingly remixed by Robot Koch.
